Start with an existing game character and modify them.

Re-use body poses, then add hair & outfits.

(new pose templates - prone)
Figure out head approx size (big enough for a face)
Figure out position of limbs.
Draw each in a different color, on different layers.
(Atari-style ;-) )

Change to skin-tone,
add outline outside carefully
	at least 2-pixel thickness between outlines.
	Use 2-view zooms to compare progress.
Add head.
